Simona Oliskeviciute was admitted to the Lithuanian Bar in 2007. She was educated at Vilnius University (Vilnius, Lithuania), Université Paris-X Nanterre (Paris, France) and at the College of Law of England and Wales. Simona is the associate lawyer at the leading Pan-Baltic law firm LAWIN. She specializes in M&A, joint ventures and corporate governance. Simona is the Immediate past President of the European Young Bar Association (EYBA) and the member of the Executive Committee of the Lithuanian Young Bar Association. She also gives lectures at Mykolas Romeris University (Vilnius, Lithuania) on M&A and business law.

Peter Wright is an Associate at Nabarro, specialising in Commercial Dispute Resolution. He is a Council Member for the Law Society at Chancery Lane, representing the Junior Lawyers Division (JLD) , and is a member of the JLD National Executive. He is also a Director with the European Young Bar Association (EYBA) and Business Director for JCI Sheffield. Previously he was Chair of the Trainee Solicitors Group (TSG) National Executive in 2004/5 and International Director of the Young Solicitors Group (YSG) in 2006/7. Peter is also a member of the American Bar Association (ABA) and was profiled in 2008 as one of the 35 most influential business people in Sheffield under the age of 35. Peter qualified as a Solicitor in London having graduated from the University of Warwick and he has contributed widely to articles in both the legal and national press. He has spoken at numerous events including the JLD Conference in London in July 2008 and the TSG Conference in Leeds in 2007. He provides assistance through Legal CV Surgeries, Interview Skills training and mentoring to students and paralegals looking to enter the Legal profession.

Ben Rigby qualified as a Solicitor in 1996. He was educated at Clare College, Cambridge and Anglia Polytechnic University. His training contract at 16 partner firm, Whitehead Monckton, in Maidstone, Kent. On qualification, he practiced in general practice in Kent and Essex.Joining the Law Society in 1997, he worked as a professional support lawyer and in the Law Society’s Practice Management Unit before serving as Liaison Executive to the Office-Holders of the Law Society under Past President, Michael Napier. After a career break travelling round the world, he joined the Ministry of Defence in 2001 and has worked in the Department’s External Relations Unit, as well as working in the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister. He then joined Jordan Publishing Ltd, a leading provider of legal information before joining Legalease in September 2006 as a legal journalist. He is currently a staff reporter on In-House Lawyer Magazine and Bar Editor of Legal 500.

Having spent three years on the Executive Committee of the EYBA David was elected President in 1999 and again in 2000. He had previously been the Internet and website coordinator in 1997 and 1998 helping to bring about the first EYBA website. Once President David strove to streamline the EYBA Executive whilst seeking to obtain more involvement from Member Groups and thus the EYBA European Committee with a representative from each member group was created during David's Presidency and the first European Committee meetings took place. David remains a member of the EYBA and fully intends to attend each Annual Meeting in the future.

David studied for a Masters degree in Engineering at Birmingham University before moving to France where he obtained a PhD in Physics. He retrained as a solicitor, spent two years in the Lovells London office before moving to the intellectual property, technology and media practice in Paris in March 1997 where he currently works advising under English and French law.

David advises on many aspects of e-commerce including protecting clients' intellectual property rights on the Internet, domain names (registration, recuperation and management of client portfolios) web site design and development, encryption regulation and security issues together with software licensing and development agreements.

David co-ordinates a world wide domain name registration and protection service for clients,
using dedicated servers and has developed an extranet facility for clients to view their portfolios on line. David is at the head of a team which manages domain name registrations in over 145 jurisdictions, totaling well over 10,000 names to date.

David is a member of the Society for Computers and Law and the Intellectual Property Constituency of ICANN. He has recently been invited to join the WIPO domain name arbitration panel.

Annalisa was admitted as a solicitor in 2004. She currently works as a commercial & residential property solicitor for Withers LLP. She was Secretary and Chair of the London Trainee Solicitors Group which she succesfully helped transition into the London Young Lawyers Group in December 2006. She speaks Italian, Spanish and German and is trying to reach out to new young bar associations across the Mediterranean.
