Sponsorship opportunities

Sponsorship to EYBA means playing a part in an organization that aims to break down borders and facilitate the exchange of experiences, knowledge and culture.

The term "sponsorship" refers to all funding or funding requests from non-government sources. This includes philanthropic gifts or sponsorship from corporations, private donors, trusts and foundations.

It is our ambition that:

  • All EYBA sponsorship is consistent and of a consistently high standard
  • Duplication of approaches and submissions is eliminated
  • Donors and sponsors are properly recorded and acknowledged

Sponsorship is a totally transparent procedure for the EYBA. All sponsorship activity undertaken by EYBA requires the approval of the EYBA Executive Officer responsible for Sponsorship or the President.

Once sponsorship has been obtained, EYBA Executive Officers are required to record the sponsorship in order to document, track and evaluate the success of all approaches made to prospective sponsors so that:

  • Sponsor records on the database are kept up-to-date
  • Sponsors are appropriately acknowledged and thanked according to their level of sponsorship
  • Pledged sponsorship and instalment payment dates are recorded for reminder/follow-up

Sponsorship can be made in several ways either by giving  sponsorship towards the aims of EYBA or by sponsoring the legal conferences and networking events organized by EYBA across Europe.

EYBA publishes also an electronic magazine, the EuroLawyer, which is also another great opportunity for to advertise in exchange for  sponsorship.

Sponsoring of our events can be tailored specially for the needs of each individual sponsor. Every sponsor will have different objectives so we are flexible and able to offer different options to suit each individual sponsor to make sure they get the maximum return on their investment.
